Job Description What will you be doing? We’re seeking an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week after probation. As an IFA Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others: To work closely with the aligned FPs/Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes, build relationships and maintain regular contact. Onboarding clients/processing new business / preparation of meeting packs and valuations (as required) Completing application forms and paperwork - Invoices & Withdrawals Letters of authority / Client servicing/client queries Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable Assist investment managers in the preparation of new business pitches and presentations Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have experience as follows:- Have prior experience or is currently working for an IFA in the Wealth management industry Be client facing, have experience of dealing with HNW clients and an ability to use judgement & reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
