Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to children with learning disabilities and autism. Manage and supervise a team of care staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including Ofsted standards. Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement personalized care plans for each child, focusing on their individual needs and goals. Monitor and review care plans regularly to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Promote and ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of all children in the service. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the service meets the highest standards of care. Implement improvements based on feedback and regulatory requirements.
