We are currently seeking a Financial Services Co-ordinator on behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the Financial Services industry. This is a fixed-term contract position for a duration of 6 months with a full-time working pattern. As a Financial Services Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the administration of incoming proposals across various markets. Your main activities will include managing sales aid and manual proposal input, handling proposal amendments, liaising with internal and external teams, communicating credit decisions, and managing multiple streams of incoming work to ensure strong SLA delivery. In addition, you will constantly develop your skills in credit policies to ensure accurate application of knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you should have outstanding attention to detail, be a strong team player, and possess excellent time management skills. In addition to your main responsibilities, you may be assigned ad-hoc duties by your Line Manager and will be expected to adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
You will have regular performance reviews with your line manager, complete annual online Compliance training modules, and receive on-the-job training throughout your career.
