Inventory Coordinator Location:  Clapham, London (Office-based)
Employment Type:  Full-time, 5 days per week, 9am-6pm  Reports to:  Supply Manager

We are seeking an organized and analytically-minded Inventory Coordinator  to oversee and optimize our inventory across multiple regions, working closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners in the EU, USA, and UK. Based in our Clapham, London office, this role is essential in ensuring smooth fulfillment operations and accurate stock availability on our websites. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and have experience with Shopify, Cin7 Core, and Inventory Planner (knowledge of these platforms is a plus). Reporting to the Supply Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating order fulfillment, and driving efficient inventory management across our multi-region operations.

Inventory Management & Control:

Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple regions, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in our systems.
Ensure accurate stock availability on our websites based on real-time inventory movements, collaborating closely with 3PL partners to prevent out of stock or overstock.
Maintain close communication with 3PL teams in the EU, USA, and UK to optimise the fulfilment process, supporting on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Demand Forecasting & Analysis:

Collaborate with the Supply Manager to develop inventory forecasting models based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming promotions, adjusting stock levels as needed.
Regularly analyse inventory metrics and reports to identify trends, anticipate demand, and prevent stock imbalances.

Conduct regular reviews with 3PL partners to optimize inventory flow, discuss performance metrics, and implement process improvements as needed.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain and update inventory records using Excel, Shopify, Cin7 Core, and
Inventory Planner (proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with Shopify, Cin7 Core, and Inventory Planner is a plus).
Generate, analyse, and present inventory reports on KPIs like stock accuracy,
service levels, stock turn, and website stock availability.
to align inventory availability with demand and forecast needs.

Identify and implement best practices for inventory tracking, reporting, and reconciling with 3PL partners to improve accuracy and reduce lead times.
Work proactively to streamline ordering processes, optimize reorder points, and minimize inventory holding costs.

Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics within a multi-region or multi-3PL setup.
Strong proficiency in Excel is required; experience with Shopify, Cin7 Core, and Inventory Planner is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in working closely with 3PL providers and managing outsourced logistics.

Excellent analytical skills, especially in inventory management and demand forecasting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with both external 3PL partners and internal teams.
Based in or able to commute to Clapham, London, 5 days per week.
In-depth understanding of inventory principles, fulfilment, and stock management best practices.
