We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Director to lead our clients Medical Affairs team. The Medical Director will be responsible for providing strategic medical leadership, ensuring the development and execution of medical strategies that support the clinical development, marketing, and life-cycle management of our products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and compliance.
Provide medical and scientific oversight for European medical affairs activities, including medical information, advisory boards, educational programs, conferences, symposia, and other initiatives supporting the commercial use of BED products
Conduct medical review and approval of European (including UK) promotional and non-promotional materials and activities, ensuring the development and oversight of appropriate SOPs
Collaborate with US Medical Affairs functions to offer medical and scientific input, review data, and contribute to publication and communication strategies
Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the referring physician community, with a focus on Europe, and provide oversight of regional and international KOL identification and management
Supervise European medical information activities
Provide medical and scientific support to BED's commercial and business activities in Europe and potentially other non-US regions, as agreed
