About the role

We are looking for an IT manager who will oversee the small IT department and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure, working alongside our external support company. You will be responsible for managing the IT budget, staff, and vendors, as well as planning and implementing IT projects and policies. You will have a particular focus on ERP and data reporting, as these are crucial for our business processes and decision making. As IT Manager you will work closely with the senior management and other departments to align IT with the business goals and needs. You will also provide IT support and training to the staff and troubleshoot any IT issues that may arise. You will work to integrate systems to maximise efficiency and provide complete data for decision making. You will work to improve and maintain a strong cyber security position across the business. About you

Essential: 3+ years of experience in ERP management and support Experience in overseeing IT infrastructure and systems Experience of planning and implementing projects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of working with databases, writing queries and APIs Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or an SME Experience in managing people Benefits
