Since 2015, PBW Law has been a boutique practice for selected private and corporate clients. We offer services ranging from civil law to criminal law, as well as defamation matters and beyond. We have been serving clients across Scotland with proven success. We are currently looking to recruit a trainee solicitor to join our established and thriving team. The traineeship will cover civil and criminal litigation, primarily dealing with damages claims as pursuer for a large transport company, ranging from low value to Court of Session actions exceeding £100,000, as well as dealing with privately funded criminal litigation and attending public inquiries in relation to civil matters.

It is envisaged that the successful applicant will obtain their restricted practising certificate after three months and will be able to start attending court from then.

Applicants must have obtained their LLB and Diploma in Legal Practice from a Scottish University and be able to start the training contract in July 2024. Good communication and organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to interact and communicate well with others.
