Flexible between Home, Corby & London Reports to: Head of Strategic Partnerships
Please note, this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract*
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, the Framework Development Manager will be responsible for developing frameworks, including competency-based standards, self-assessments and learning programmes (curricula), that support the delivery of current and future strategic partnerships between CMI and public sector organisations. The ability to align client and business needs, manage projects, and engage with key public sector stakeholders is essential for this role.
Lead on testing and iterations of client frameworks.
Support the client in the implementation of their frameworks.
Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Public Sector Engagement Manager to ensure project milestones are achieved within the specified timeline and budget.
Lead and support development workshops and other engagement activities to foster collaboration and communication between partners and internal teams.
Provide guidance and support to partners regarding the development of frameworks
Demonstrable experience, at a senior level, in framework development, project management, and stakeholder relationships within or for the public sector.
Experience in proposition development.
