Role Overview: As a Project Controls Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of this major energy project. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project controls, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management. Your expertise will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all project activities are accurately planned and tracked. Cost Control and Management: Monitor project costs, prepare budgets, and ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. Progress Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, issues, and any necessary corrective actions. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of project activities. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring all changes are documented and approved. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Data Analysis: Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the project team.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in project controls within the energy sector, preferably on large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
