In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead system engineering efforts, crafting strategic roadmaps and ensuring compliance with medical device regulations. As a Principal Systems Engineer for Bean Generation Technologies, your responsibilities will be
(Lead the delivery of cutting-edge linear accelerators for diverse medical products, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring excellence at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Design innovative solutions that meet the highest safety standards and adhere to the latest international regulations, driving forward the advancement of treatment modalities.
Coordinate development programs across medical product lines, collaborating with suppliers to achieve business targets effectively.
Identify competency needs and address skill gaps within the team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
Contribute to the enhancement of Elekta's system engineering processes, leveraging industry standards and product knowledge to drive efficiency and excellence.

Lean-Agile mindset and adaptable working style.
Strong in building and maintaining successful and effective working relationships with other colleagues in a global context.
Availability for international travel as required.
Degree in High Power Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Physics or applicable technical/scientific discipline
Senior leadership experience in building capabilities in the domain of beam generation at global level for market excellence.
Experience in navigating the regulatory and compliance landscape for highly regulated technologies.
Experienced in the application of system engineering practices.
Medical sector specific knowledge is desirable, including ISO 13485, IEC 60601.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, etc.
