### Teaching and Support** : Follow individualised curriculums, plan and deliver lessons focusing on communication and life skills.

### Training and Qualifications:
* **Education & Childcare Courses**: RQF CACHE Level 2, 3 & 4 in Early Years, Learning Difficulties, and Teaching & Learning.
* **Behaviour Analysis Qualifications** : Teaching Ranks, Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT), Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UKBA(cert)).
* **Advanced Degrees** : Pursue a Masters in High Incidence & Disabilities worth up to £13,000.
* **Regular Training** : Ongoing training in Safeguarding, Emergency Medication, Behaviour Management, Personal Care, Autism, and more.
### Professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children and disabilities.
* **Qualifications** : Minimum Grade C4 GCSE in English Language & Maths or equivalent.
* **Skills** : Comfortable working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour and providing personalintimate care when needed.
