Acoustic Consultant My client offers acoustic consultancy services for all stages of a construction project in accordance with RIBA guidelines. Their services include strategy reviews, appraisals of architectural drawings, design advice, noise assessments for planning, and

UKAS-accredited sound insulation testing. They provide solutions for various infrastructure projects, including rail and highway networks, as well as tall structures such as buildings, masts, and towers. Requirements: Ability to address any technical issues arising during assessments Accreditation in AMIOA/MIOA status Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects while closely collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the development life cycle Possession of a Bachelor of Science degree in Acoustics or a related field, along with the IOA Diploma Previous experience in project planning and report preparation for project applications Responsibilities: Adjust project plans and designs to ensure adherence to client specifications and statutory guidance Conduct regular noise and vibration inspections to ensure compliance with British standards and building regulations at all stages of a project's life cycle Provide clients with expert guidance and remedial advice to prevent technical issues that could impact project completion and timelines Benefits: 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), which increases with length of service Company pension plan Excellent career development prospects Flexible working schedules Healthcare cashback High Street retailer discounts Holiday purchase scheme Life assurance Performance-related bonus scheme Interested ?
