Purchasing and Sales Engineer - Engineering Position Overview

Researching and liaising with potential vendors. Obtaining and comparing pricing from suppliers. Negotiating on price and terms of business. Preparing quotations for customers. Placing and handling purchase orders. Track and progress orders to meet customer delivery dates. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure quality of goods and deliveries are met on time. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). Customer Relationship Management (CRM). General customer service-related duties.

Purchasing and Sales Engineer - Engineering Position Requirements

Proven background within purchasing and sales Experience in the engineering industry, ideally working with equipment such as valves, pipes, seals, gaskets and water treatment products Foreign language skills are desirable Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Full UK Driving License IT proficient Based in a commutable distance of Colchester

Purchasing and Sales Engineer - Engineering Position Remuneration

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum. Depending on experience. Bonus scheme following a year of employment Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00, 37.5 hour working week. Some work outside of these hours are to expected Annual leave: 25 days per annum plus public holidays.
