Sales Development Representative £29,000 + OTE
Manchester (3 Days A Week in Office)
Oscar Enterprise have partnered up with a leading commerce platform which enables companies to enhance their online shopping experience. They are currently looking for hungry sales individuals who are not afraid to fight for new business.
You will be directly reporting to the VP of Sales and be expected to manage your own workload and hit set KPI’s. This company is rapidly growing therefore cold outreach is ESSENTIAL. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Continuously improve key sales metrics, such as response rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for lead generation and opportunity creation.
Having in-depth conversations with prospective customers about their needs and communicating those needs to the rest of the team- you will be responsible for helping us stay customer-first.
Report learnings to wider growth team, collaborating to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Channels include social media (primarily LinkedIn), events, newsletters and thought leadership
1 year of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role
