The company has a number of residential and supported living services across the North West and is well established in the area.
Due to structural changes, they are now looking for an experienced registered manager to take over the residential home in Liverpool, supporting adults with learning disabilities as well as forensic mental health risk.
You will be responsible for the safe running of the service that supports adults with LD and forensic mental health needs. You will ensure the home is run in line with CQC requirements and lead the team from the front to provide the best care for the adults in your care.
The working pattern is Monday - Friday, but you will need to be flexible depending on the home's needs. Experience as a CQC registered manager for residential services
Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
Excellent knowledge of CQC and quality assurance
Competitive Salary - £45000
35 hour working week with flexible hours
