Solutions Architect Travel/Relocation/Remote: Hybrid 2 days / Week

Own the end-to-end technical solution, ensuring it meets business needs and adheres to industry best practices.
5 -7 years of work experience as Solution Architect
~ MBA from a top-B school
~ Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the Financial Services sector, with expertise in Corporate and Retail Lending and related areas
~ Expertise in solution designing, ETL, data migration, information security, data modelling, data engineering, and data warehousing.
~ Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and MS Dynamics, particularly in migration projects is desirable
~ Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, SSMS, and Informatica
~ Strong knowledge of databases including Oracle, SQL Server, MSSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL.
~ Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI and code repository/issue tracking tools like Azure DevOps.
~ Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and understanding of cloud computing data processing.
~ Ability to lead architectural discussions, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
~ Proven ability to manage risk, work within controlled environments, and make decisions that align with business objectives.
