Makeup Product Designer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement design plans for makeup and related products, ensuring innovation and market competitiveness.
- Research international market trends, consumer demands, and competitors' products, providing relevant design recommendations.
- Design the appearance, packaging, and formulation of makeup and related products, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and catering to the preferences of the target audience.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure a smooth production process and maintain design consistency.
- Conduct material research, select raw materials that meet product requirements, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Participate in product testing and validation, making timely adjustments to design plans to meet performance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team, providing support on product features and advantages, and addressing technical issues.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, contributing innovative marketing strategies and promotional materials for products.
- Stay updated on industry developments, adjusting design plans promptly to adapt to market changes.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete related tasks, ensuring overall team synergy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with a preference for a background in cosmetics.
- Extensive experience in makeup product design, familiarity with market trends, and consumer demands.
- Proficiency in makeup product design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and innovative capabilities, able to independently create product design plans.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, effective coordination with different departments.
- Understanding of cosmetics industry regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.
- Keen insight into new materials and technologies, applying them to product design.
- Project management skills to effectively drive product development cycles.
- Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, able to adapt to work pressure.
- Passion for the cosmetics industry, staying attuned to fashion trends, and possessing market sensitivity.
