Duties of an Estimator Estimate projects on first-principles. Manage project costs – value and reconciliation. Price variations. Take-offs and raise prices from drawings It is essential that you have the following experience, licence or skills; Two-years relevant experience is essential. Measuring accurately. Ability to read drawings and produce take-offs. Full Drivers Licence. Understanding of Bill of Quantities.
