Utilities Regulatory Program Manager (Portfolio Level) Location: Windsor, UK
Hybrid (one office visit per week initially)
Lead major projects within the newly established PowerBU area.

Project Management: Oversee multiple regulatory and compliance projects with fixed implementation deadlines. Collaborate with and influence stakeholders to gather necessary information and drive projects forward despite unclear initial requirements.
# Report to CIO/Director level, present business cases at program board meetings, manage budget approvals, and create implementation roadmaps.
# Meeting Support: Participate in face-to-face meetings as needed, working standard UK office hours (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri).
# Project Assurance: Adopt delegation and project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures.
# Risk Management: Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
# Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholder relationships.


Ensure business requirements are accurately captured and reflected in user stories according to sprint goals.


Understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
# Project Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor projects effectively.
# Convert business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
# Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant teams to meet business needs.
# Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
# Present recommendations and project updates to various stakeholders effectively.


Minimum 15 years of total IT experience, with at least 3-4 regulatory utility projects managed as a Program Manager.
