As an Early CareersAdvisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ourorganisation by attracting, recruiting, and nurturing top Graduate andIntern talent. You will be responsible for developing and deliveringour global Early Careers programmes, ensuring a consistent, positiveentry experience across all regions. Your role will also involverunning engaging social media campaigns, liaising with keyuniversities worldwide, and utilising data insights to continuallyimprove our campaigns. You will also provide hands-on support to linemanagers, work closely with the HR Operations team, and designinduction and professional development programmes.
* Developand deliver Early Careers attraction and recruitment activities toselect top Graduate and Intern talent* Liaise closely with campaignpartners and key universities globally* Run impactful social mediacampaigns to engage and build a pipeline* Utilize historical campaignand industry data to continually improve campaigns* Ensure the entryexperience on our Early Careers programs globally is consistent andpositive* Facilitate a comprehensive two-year rotational programexperience that builds a strong talent pipeline* Provide regularhands-on support to line managers on supporting Early Career employeesin line with business requirements* Work closely with the HROperations team to prepare contracts and manage an efficient offerprocess* Design and deliver the Early Careers Induction and continuedprofessional development programs
The ideal candidate for this Early Careers Advisorrole will bring a wealth of experience from a Human Resources functionwithin a financial services organisation. Your experience with Graduate assessmentcentres and selection processes will be invaluable in this role. You will also bring strong relationship building skills, excellentcommunication skills, and a high level of administration andorganisational skills.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in aHuman Resources function, ideally within a financial servicesorganisation* Proven program management experience; resourcing andcareer development initiative lead* Experience of Graduate assessmentcentres and selection processes* Working knowledge of Apprenticeshiplevy in the UK* Strong relationship building skills with externalpartners, universities, colleges* Project management experience wouldbe beneficial* Ability to work effectively across different timezones* High level of administration and organisational skills*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
