Contract: Permanent, full time
Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary school in Lewisham, Southeast London (inner London), looking for a permanent Assistant SENDCO to start in September 2024 or sooner.
You will teach pupils across the full age and ability range in order to ensure the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and wellbeing. You will lead and implement ASD teaching across the whole school.
You are passionate about enhancing and developing provision for pupils with additional needs and have a proven track record within SEND, raising standards, and improving outcomes for all pupils.
You have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a qualification for ASD. You have successful teaching experience in the area of SEN and ASD.
