The Role:

University College Birmingham is seeking a visionary Deputy Vice-Chancellor to progress our journey towards excellence in student success. Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and Principal, as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Success), you will drive the development and implementation of a transformational strategy to elevate student success at UCB. You will provide executive leadership and strategic management to crucial departments, including student recruitment, marketing, admissions and learning services, and enhance our employability offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a transformational strategy for student success
  • Provide executive leadership to key departments
  • Enhance employability offerings

Important Qualifications:

  • Understanding of regulatory and commercial challenges in Higher Education
  • Deep understanding of OfS conditions of registration
  • Proven track record in leading transformational change
