Location: Cardiff (Head Office) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:30 Salary: £24,638 – £25,709 Are you passionate about supporting the next generation of Health & Social Care professionals? We’re looking for a Trainee Assessor to guide apprenticeship learners through their qualifications, helping them achieve success and grow in their careers. What You’ll Do Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey Visit workplaces across the region for assessments Create Individual Learning Plans and monitor progress Maintain accurate compliance records Contribute to learner success and performance targets What We’re Looking For Essential: Occupational experience in Health & Social Care NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent Full UK driving licence & own vehicle DBS check (cost covered) Desirable: Welsh language skills Teaching/assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent) EWC registration or prior training experience Ready to make a lasting impact and support learners to succeed?
