In the UK the Hotel team comprises 30 people providing a full service offer to clients and investors with business lines covering Valuation, Brokerage, Feasibility Studies, Operator Selection and Asset Management as well as Real Estate Investment Banking and Debt & Structured Finance teams. We are dedicated industry experts with an in-depth knowledge of both the operational and commercial aspects of European hotel markets.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading Hotel Valuation team at Senior Surveyor level. Working alongside senior colleagues on portfolio valuations
Analysis of client and market data to prepare valuations
An interest in hotel real estate
Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally in Europe
Flexible and versatile approach, with the ability to work within a project team as well as autonomously
Proven analytical, research, numeracy and report writing skills
Strong level of IT skills: proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
