As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting young people on their journey to healing and growth. Trauma-informed Leadership: Lead and empower a team with the approach and focus on providing exceptional care to young people with trauma-informed and outcomes-focused goals.
Identify and implement therapeutic interventions that support positive outcomes for young people
Coach and mentor with the supervision of the development and professionalism within your team.
Regulatory Compliance: Work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the home operates compliantly with regulatory and organisational standards.
Minimum 2 years' experience of leading a team within a children's residential setting
QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care CYP (Children and Young People)
