M/LK Education Search is excited to be partnering with this brand new, specialist SEMH provision for 5-19-year-olds set to open its doors in Sutton this September.
As a new, small school catering for 40 students, you will be joining at the beginning of an exceptionally exciting journey of growth and therefore can take on further responsibilities across the school.
A qualified and/or experienced SENCO or SEN/Inclusion leader within a similar environment.
A qualified teacher with QTS in the UK
Experienced in motivating staff and pupils, using a person-centred approach.
An optimist, with a 'can do' attitude and the desire to take on the challenge of opening a brand-new setting.
Committed to working with pupils with SEMH and additional needs like trauma, attachment, and challenging behaviours.
Familiar with Independent School Standards
