Job Details

Acting as a vehicle and engineering subject matter expert, contributing where required to support colleagues and knowledge management material

Supporting, investigating and challenging external engineering assessors, ensuring the right customer and commercial outcomes are achieved first time

Undertaking audits of engineers and external suppliers and taking appropriate actions where required

Feeding back to colleagues, customers and their representatives and supplier partners

Managing and oversight of independent engineering use across claims, delivering targeted benefits and identifying opportunities to streamline our processes

Managing work allocation and distribution

Skills we would love you to have

Technical claims experience within engineering or repair management and knowledge of motor industry (bodywork or mechanical knowledge)

Experience using computer estimating systems

Ability and confidence to develop and maintain strong working relationships and able to discuss strategy with external stakeholders
