You'll have the exciting challenge of building your desk from the ground up, establishing lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. This role calls for a blend of sales acumen, recruitment expertise, and a passion for the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Desk Development: Establish and grow your own recruitment desk, specialising in temporary healthcare placements. Client Acquisition & Management: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with healthcare organisations, and manage ongoing client needs. Candidate Sourcing & Placement: Source, screen, and place top-tier healthcare professionals in temporary roles. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through networking, headhunting, and innovative sourcing strategies. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare recruitment sector. Compliance & Quality: Ensure all placements comply with healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality and ethical practices. Sales & Negotiation: Utilise your sales prowess to negotiate terms of business and placements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and candidates. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment (healthcare sector preferred).
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in building a new desk.
