The remit extends to reporting back on the progress made within the SMB&IC group with a holistic view on the progress made across the firm for the adoption of the CDGP with particular focus on Data and Regulatory Operations (DRO).
Assist with program governance and execution of best practices across the relevant global data domains with a key role in the creation of an operational model to ensure adherence to the CDGP
Work in close partnership with the Global Functional heads, regional Data Governance Officers, Data Leads and Enterprise Data Office (EDO) to achieve adherence
Help Identify Ops owned Critical Data elements (CDE's) for process associated with in-scope Products/Processes and bring them under Governance
Prepare project plan for assessing and completing CDGP adherence
CDGP Compliance - Domain Management, Domain setup, Data Manager/Data Consumer roles, Domain responsibilities integration with MRD
Policy Integration within CDGP - Adjustments Policy, MCA Policy, Records Retention Policy
Simple and Complex Retirements
Responsible for the day to day management of executing to milestones and budget on multiple complex projects.
Assist with the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management
Requires analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs
Familiar with industry project management practices and all phases of software development life cycle
