L'opportunité

Faisant partie de l’équipe Technology Services basée en Europe avec des équipes en France, Allemagne, UK, Espagne, Irelande, vous seriez en charge de missions de production and maintenance de workflows en matière de data conversion, data manipulation et de développement de process automation afin d’assister nos clients dans leurs besoins technlogiques.

Responsabilités

  • Etre en charge du traitement quotidien des données, de la conversion, de l'analyse, du contrôle de la qualité, de l'importation et d'autres tâches spécialisées, y compris l'interaction avec d'autres consultants et d'autres collaborateurs au sein de l'équipe.
  • Assurer la liaison avec les consultants et les chefs de projet en ce qui concerne les demandes des clients.
  • Travailler avec des équipes de différentes régions selon le modèle "follow the sun" afin de s'assurer que les documents produits dans les différentes régions répondent aux exigences de production et respectent les délais.
  • utiliser des logiciels standards et sur mesure pour l'analyse et la manipulation des données ainsi que pour les tâches de production de documents
  • Identifier de manière proactive les domaines d'amélioration des flux de travail existants. Développer des outils et des scripts pour améliorer l'automatisation et la fiabilité.
  • faire preuve d'un sens aigu du service à la clientèle afin de respecter les délais fixés par les clients, y compris en travaillant en dehors des heures de bureau si nécessaire
  • Voyager selon les besoins pour assurer une gestion efficace des activités liées aux dossiers.

Expérience et profil attendus

  • Connaissance et exécution de taches de data manipulation, data conversion et data analysis dans un environnement MS Windows / SQL
  • Capacité à créer et comprendre des procédures de stockage (SQL, Python..)
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes avec des solutions innovantes
  • Efficace, organisé(e) et rigoureux/euse, vous faites preuve d'une grande capacité de travail en menant plusieurs projets simultanément dans le respect des délais impartis.
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes capable d'échanger avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau, vous savez vous adapter à un environnement exigeant.
  • Vous avez le gout du travail en équipe.
  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une Ecole d’ingénieur/Ecole de Commerce, Université ou équivalent avec une en informatique, ingénierie, statistiques, mathématiques
  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience professionnelle de 2 à 4 ans dans ces technologies : Python, SQL, R…
  • Vous maitrisez l'anglais et le français, à l'écrit et à l'oral
