An excellent opportunity for a highly competent Service & Repair Technician to join our Service
& support to our customers, both in the UK and across Europe. In this position you will undertake troubleshooting, diagnostics, and reactive repairs on Veterinary specific devices such as, patient monitors, infusion devices, and patient ventilators as well as performing preventative maintenance inspections and routine servicing on end users’ equipment to ensure, performance reliability and compliance.

You will be responsible for accurately documenting all service and repair activities throughout
the service lifecycle utilising our Company's ERP system whilst maintaining adherence to
Departmental procedures, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Company standards in all
service deliveries. engineering, assembly, and quality assurance, to address technical challenges and contribute
technical support as necessary.

The successful candidate will possess an established background working as a Service &
Repair Technician in an electronics engineering, biomedical or associated field, with a
proficient knowledge of electronic circuits, mechanical systems, and software interfaces. delivering outstanding Customer Service.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Service & Repair Technician
 Technical qualifications ideally to a minimum of Level 3 Electrical and Electronics
Efficient and accurate data entry skills and record maintenance
 The drive for continuous personal growth and development

Full-time contract, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
 33 holiday days per year (inc. bank holidays)
