Leadership Tutor

An excellent school in Southport are working with Hays Education in order to find a tutor to start ASAP. They are a one form entry school and were rated 'Good' on their most recent OFSTED report.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualised tuition to Looked After Children (LAC) who require additional support in their studies.
Assess students' learning needs and tailor your teaching approach accordingly.
Empower LAC students to build confidence, improve academic skills, and achieve their full potential
Must be strong in English and Maths
Must be able to connect with LAC student and adapt teaching methods to their unique needs.
