In this role you will lead software development from concept to coding, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers to ensure project success. Oversee software requirements, focusing on fault management and application health. Understand customer needs to inform project requirements, working closely with the Project Manager and Quality team to identify risks, issues, and opportunities. Ensure key developments are communicated to the engineering team and provide technical input to support project planning and reviews.

Proven experience in leading technical software projects.
Deep understanding of software engineering principles.
Skilled in embedded software design with a solid grasp of related hardware.
Proficient in writing C/C++ for embedded applications.
For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship.
