Our client is an innovative, highly entrepreneurial executive search and interim firm. Over the last 10 years they have been supporting clients across the globe and helping grow and deliver exceptional results. Due to the continued expansion of the group and a growing client base within Consumer markets globally, our client is looking to appoint a Research Assistant. You will be working directly with Senior Consultants and Partners who are accountable for the delivery of international search projects.

This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant and growing business where you can learn research and recruitment specialisms in role. You will work closely with the Consultants who will develop your ability to identifying target businesses, to attract the right candidates by building your understanding of job titles and reporting relationships whilst at the same
time you will be gaining an in-depth commercial and financial appreciation of multiple industries.

Conduct extensive and detailed research into clients as well as the wider consumer and associated markets, across global geographies.
Speak on the phone with senior individuals to assess candidate criteria.
Arrange candidate interviews whilst guiding senior individuals through the search process.
Sourcing new candidates through networking, research, databases and core headhunting.
Ongoing systems management as related to the search.


Research and analytically capable with the ability to work accurately and effectively in a dynamic, results driven business environment.
There will be a need to communicate your research findings to the team whilst also engaging with senior candidates and clients credibly.
This role is responsible for the upkeep of global diaries, reporting software and research systems. Training will be provided but basic administrative experience is important.
Most of their successful consultants have been home grown through the research route, so this provides a genuine opportunity to build a long and prosperous career in a highly respected professional services industry.
