Are you passionate about retail and driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to partner with our Store Manager in driving the success of our store. From leading daily operations to fostering a collaborative team environment, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience while upholding the Mountain Warehouse brand.
Partner with the Store Manager to lead a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.
Drive training and development, empowering your team to excel and grow.
Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Prioritise health and safety, conducting regular risk assessments and ensuring a secure environment for staff and customers.
Play an active role in recruiting and retaining top talent to build a strong and motivated team.
Sales & Performance:
Support in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability through effective strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and sustain store success.
Oversee stock levels, ensuring smooth replenishment and accurate delivery management.
Implement proactive loss prevention strategies to protect the store’s profitability.
Address customer feedback promptly, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Build meaningful connections with your local community, creating a personable and welcoming shopping atmosphere.
An inspiring leader with a proven track record in retail management.
Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring solutions align with company policies.
