SENIOR MEDICAL WRITER (Full-Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES

  • Take ownership of content development and delivery across medical education and communication projects, including symposia, advisory board meetings, publications, congress materials, slides, digital content, and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead medical writing projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Write, review, and contribute creative input to project content while maintaining scientific accuracy and quality standards.
  • Foster strong, professional relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Attend and actively participate in client meetings and congresses.
  • Provide training, guidance, and supervision to junior medical writers.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A PhD in medical, life, or health sciences, or a pharmacy degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a medical writer, preferably in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical setting.
  • A confident, proactive, and client-oriented team player.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, motivate teams, and manage workloads effectively.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work within tight timelines and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
