~ Our client is a leading architecture and planning practice in Truro, Cornwall, specialising in bespoke residential and commercial projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Associate Architect/Design Director with at least ten years post-Part 3 experience to lead their dynamic design team, composed of architects, architectural technologists, technicians, town planners, and landscape architects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion, with responsibility for delivery.

Lead and manage the architectural design team, ensuring high standards of design and technical delivery.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion.
• Work closely with in-house town planners and landscape architects to integrate planning and landscape considerations into architectural designs.
• Ensure all projects comply with UK building regulations and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Engage in high-end residential design, ensuring creativity and excellence in all aspects of work.

New build experience
Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent graphic and computer skills and experience using3D drawing software
Highly creative and design orientated
Heritage experience a bonus
Full driving licence and use of a vehicle

AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
