We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager in Performance Analytics & Insights to join our dynamic team. Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager in Performance Analytics & Insights to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IQVIA and Pharma data, proficiency in SQL coding, expertise with Snowflake, and excellent documentation skills. This role requires exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to work cross-functionally across various teams.
Lead and develop the Performance Analytics & Insights team to deliver high-quality analytical support and insights.
• Utilize IQVIA and Pharma data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and implement SQL-based queries and scripts to analyze large datasets and support business decision-making.
• Manage and optimize data storage and retrieval processes using Snowflake.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of data processes, analytics methodologies, and insights to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including Digital and after analytical functions
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve and innovate our analytical capabilities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance analytics, data insights, or a related area.
• Strong expertise in IQVIA data and Pharma data is essential.
• Proficient in SQL coding with the ability to write complex queries and scripts.
• Experience with Snowflake for data storage and management.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.
