Apleona is a UK provider of integrated facilities management. We’re currently looking to recruit a dynamic Head of Mobilisation to play a pivotal role with the successful transitions of all newly awarded UK Facilities Management contracts and the demobilisation of lost contracts. Reporting to the Client Solutions Director, you will facilitate alignment between tender stage, and mobilisation phase, seamlessly handing over to our accounts teams and supporting the transition through to steady stage.
In this role, the Head of Mobilisation will provide support for the integration of new business acquisitions by working closely with the identified workstreams and the Commercial & Integrations Director; leading the Project Management Office (PMO) you will provide centralised governance and coordination to keep the teams involved in the integration. Developing and reviewing best practice ways of working for project delivery, you will be a champion of communication management and ensure our clients have a positive impression of our project management capabilities.
In addition, you will hold line management responsibility for several Subject Matter Experts within the business, managing their utilisation and ensure key business improvement initiatives are delivered successfully and on time.
This role will require travel to other client sites across the UK
Degree level or post graduate qualification in a related field
Experience and success at high level for project/mobilisation/de-mobilisation management
Experience & knowledge of working within the Facilities Management industry.
Knowledge and experience of MS office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Project Management tools e.g. Smartsheet and Power BI
Ability to deliver projects and outputs to a high level of quality within stipulated timeframes Knowledge and ability in commercial and financial acumen
Valid UK Driving Licence
