We are looking to recruit  Warehouse Colleagues to support our growing team based at our site in  Wellingborough.

Our multi-temperature warehouse operates 24/7 excluding Christmas Day, so it’s essential that you are  flexible and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse.

Basic rate of pay is £11.74 per hour

Night shift premium (6pm-6am) - £2.28 per hour

Weekend premium - £1.63 per hour

Shifts available:

Day Shift (04:00-12:00 or 06:00-14:00)

Back Shift (14:00-22:00)

Rota options below:

Sunday to Thursday (Fixed)

Tuesday to Saturday (Fixed)

Every other Weekend off (4 week rotation)

Night Shift (22:00-06:00)

Every other weekend off (6 weekly rotation)

Full time hours contracted to 37.5 hours per week working any 5 out of 7 days. Limited part time hours available.

The Role:

  • Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE
  • Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard
  • Completing tasks supported by an electronic warehouse management tool
  • Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods
  • Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness
  • Adhering and investing in our award-winning health and safety standard

  • Flexible – Shifts require weekend work as the depot operates 24/7
  • Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements
