We are searching for someone special: a positive vibrant, friendly, and perhaps hospitality driven individual, who is well presented, polished, professional and most importantly, personable, and who wants to be part of an incredible growth journey for this company.
As Property Sales Consultant, you will meet, greet, and show round, prospective buyers of breathtaking properties, in a residential scheme, with spectacular views across the Channel.
In order to be successful in this lovely position, it is imperative you have the confidence and social skills to communicate effectively, both face to face and over the telephone, with often high net worth individuals expressing their interest in these particularly high end properties.
The Property Sales Consultant will be required to follow up on any new enquiries/viewings from the initial enquiry, through to completion, ensuring a seamless transition, including keeping the client informed along the way.
Our client has already finished the first phase of development with a large number of properties available now, plus outline planning consent for a further 1,000 homes, has been obtained
The Sales Consultant will review the site presentation daily, to ensure all standards are off the scale
Flexible
Working ours: 9am - 5pm including weekends and bank holidays
Full time permanent
An attractive basic salary circa £35K basic + 10% bonus, with OTE earnings of £45K +
