The Principal Engineer will play a pivotal role in our team, bringing in-depth knowledge of EHV systems, strong project management skills, and a proven track record of achieving significant cost savings while ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance.
Developing technical specifications, single-line diagrams, block cable diagrams, EHV cable calculations, and other design documentation.
# Supporting civil engineers, meeting with clients and subcontractors to discuss technical matters.
# Reviewing subcontractor tender offers, preparing technical bid analysis, and overseeing detailed design submittals.
# Ensuring projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

In-depth knowledge of EHV systems and associated technologies with strong leadership, project management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A track record of successful project delivery from concept to commissioning.
A degree in Electrical engineering and full UK driving licence.
