Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Planner We are seeking two motivated individuals to support our site in Leeds. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office at the start, transitioning to 2 days per week later. The initial assignment is for 12 months, with the possibility of an extension.

In this role, you will plan and maintain daily Supply Chain operations across functional areas such as materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management, or order fulfillment. You will ensure that both internal and external customer expectations and requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of master production schedules and material plans to meet customer demand.
  • Use common processes, tools, and information systems for daily operations.
  • Analyse and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Execute daily operational planning within specified functional areas.
  • Identify potential supply chain failures and mitigate associated risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for tactical improvements.
  • Participate in functional process improvement teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Numerically capable.
  • Quick learner, able to work independently and adapt on the fly.
  • Experience with Oracle is an advantage.
  • Experience in an analytical role is preferred.
  • Manufacturing Supply Chain experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Junior profiles, graduates, and ex-placement students are encouraged to apply.
  • At least one internship or equivalent work experience in a Supply Chain role is preferred but not essential.
