The Client: Rullion are delighted to be partnering with a leader in consultancy in power system design and grid compliance to appoint their Associate Director to join the team and lead the design and implementation of intelligent earthing and lightning solutions.
As a key member of the senior management team, you will drive the successful and profitable delivery of engineering design consultancy services in high-voltage power systems and front-end engineering design studies.

Your role will encompass bid creation, client interaction, project control, and team leadership, with a primary focus on project delivery and client relationship management. Project Coordination:
Strategise and oversee the execution of multiple earthing design projects from inception to conclusion
Ensure seamless communication and alignment across internal teams and with clients for multiple earthing design projects.
Quality Assurance:
Manage and supervise the execution of multiple earthing design projects from inception to conclusion.
Oversee the coordination of project activities to meet client expectations and project objectives.
Offer technical support and expertise to project stakeholders.
Introduce innovative solutions to elevate project efficiency and efficacy.
Implement robust quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in earthing design.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, physics, Business Management) with Charted status.
At least 5 years experience in a senior role and 3 years experience in project management/contracts, preferably in a consultancy or engineering environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience in business development and client relationship management.
