Job Title: Business Development Director

Our client provides ground breaking creative services to global brands. They are recruiting a Business Development Director to support the growth of new and existing Clients along with developing the ongoing marketing strategy. We are looking for a senior Business Development and Marketing professional from a Creative Services background.

The Role:
·Working with multiple stakeholders, you will be a key member of the leadership team and will develop and deliver the BD business plan.
·Work with senior members of the management team to identify new business opportunities
·Ensure a structured approach to BD events
·Critically review the BD function – including the ongoing management of the team
·Define and manage the BD budget and report on ROI

The Person:
·Previous experience of working in a Creative Services Environment.
·Have experience in the roll out of strategic BD projects
·Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
·Consistent achievements of objectives
·Project management and change management skills
