Continued Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about research findings in relevant social work fields. Disseminate knowledge within the team for continuous improvement. Workload Management: Prioritise adoption support work based on agency priorities. Balance caseloads effectively. Review Participation: Engage in reviews and safeguarding meetings as necessary. Contribute to ongoing assessments and improvements. Qualifications: Hold a recognised social work qualification (Degree or equivalent)Demonstrate relevant training and/or experience.Possess appropriate SWE registration.Completion of ASYE Experience: A Qualified Social Worker with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, you must be registered with Social Work England. Your knowledge should cover social work practice and legislation, and you should be committed to achieving permanency for children through adoption. Experience in completing adoption assessments within various agency settings is essential. Additionally, you’ll need the ability to work autonomously and be willing to travel within the county for this role.
