Who will you be supporting? You will be part of a fantastic new team supporting a young gentleman who is moving from his family home to his own home. The gentleman has a diagnosis of severe learning disabilities and autism as well as having nutritional needs and will present with complex behavioural challenges. As a support worker your contribution will be invaluable. You will be working with support from Seeability’s Positive Behavioural consultants . Person specific training will be provided to ensure we are providing the best support available to this gentleman as he begins his journey in his new home and surroundings . The gentleman you will be supporting loves spending time in the community and at home . He enjoys participating in activities such as zip wires, hydrotherapy, walking and spending time using his Ipad. It will be preferable but not mandatory if you hold Full UK Driving License to drive him at his appointments and preferred community based activities.
