IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) Your tasks as an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d)- Support for our EasyCAD software
- Contact person for our customers when it comes to technology
- 2D measurement technology, 3D measurement technology, 3D PRINT, CNC technology, video analysis systems
- Receiving support requests by phone and/or email and entering them into the ticket system Remote support via TeamViewer
- Independent work
- Co-development of our "EasyCAD" software
- Contributing to subject areas that affect R & D
- Support of the internal infrastructure
- Interest in improving internal workflows
- Sound knowledge of the current Microsoft operating systems
- Network knowledge
- Analytical skills

- Initial experience in telephone user support is an advantage
