A leading national house builder are looking to recruit an Award Winning Senior Site Manager to work on a prestigious luxury housing site in Burbage,Leicestershire

As an experienced Senior Site Manager you will work on a 140 unit flagship project with houses selling up to £1.You will have overall responsibility for running the housing development and subcontract trades and labour.
You will manage the project within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits.
You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
As a successful Senior Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

bespoke designs and sustainable communities.It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager/Project Manager in a similar house building or construction housing environment. It is essential to have an SMSTS and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence.
