Job Overview

As a practice leader, you will have complete ownership for the configuration, called a Model Office, of our Social Care Case Management product for our Scottish customers. The product is configured for the market using several tools which you will need to use to set up the configuration. You will be provided with training in how to do this and will have the support of colleagues who set up systems every day. This position requires a strong knowledge of social work practice and an ordered logical mind to create the processes within Case Management System. You will lead by example and use your influence to provide the best experience for customers.

Job Function Tasks and Responsibilities
Promote the good practice recording in the Social Care Case Management for their practice area both internally and externally
Design the forms, workflows and other recording methods that promote good social work in Scotland by working in conjunction with customers.
Work with colleagues to get the model office configured within the social care case management system.
Ensure that customer-facing staff deliver a consistent and confident message on the model office
Build relationships with key consultancy leads in practice area and customer base
Proactively maintain a detailed working knowledge of their practice area
Work with sales and marketing to provide collateral and direct and indirect input into the sales process helping with bids and presentations.
Work with product managers championing social workers ensuring that product features and functions result in good practice recording.

Experience & Skills Required
Professionally qualified Social Worker in Scotland or have a detailed understanding of social work practice in Scotland
Handles conversations on Scottish practice with confidence
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with good presentation skills
Experienced at building and maintaining relationships at all levels from junior to most senior
Ability to map a social work process and break it down into logical steps
Working knowledge of common office tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Some experience in configuring IT Systems is a bonus
